Coaching is a well recognized practice that supports individuals and groups in deepening their learning and moving forward specific issues that have their attention. The intention of coaching is to maximize the client's movement toward more fulfillment, more balance, and more effective process. The coaching focus is on your agenda, while asking powerful questions, engaging in deep listening, and eliciting the skills and creativity you already embody. Coaching has had a documented positive impact on thousands of leaders and individuals.
Burwell and Carriuolo bring over 50 years of experience to their coaching practice, which includes training in leadership development, group dynamics, and specifically the Co-Active Coaching model. Carriuolo has a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation award from the Coaches Training Institute which represents 177 training hours.
We are honored to offer this service.
