Leadership - What is it? Who are you? “Leader” – how do you identify with the term? Whether or not you are in a leadership role now, want to move into one, or are intrigued with the territory, consider joining us for a workshop focused on leadership. Effective leadership is a critical component of successful organizations, yet we rarely take time to reflect on what it means and who we are as leaders. What skill sets, attitudes, and qualities do leaders need? What are your strengths as a leader? Where do you need to flex and increase your leadership muscles? Whether you are a board member, staff, or an engaged community volunteer, we invite you to join this lively, generative, and hands-on three-session workshopin Bangor, focused on leadership. You will leave with a clearer understanding of who you are as a leader and new tools for owning your leader self.
